Mark Alan Wilson Mark is the founder and director of Picture Tomorrow. His pictures have appeared in Rolling Stone, American Photo, Sierra, Backpacker, Fly Fisherman, Big Sky Journal and many other magazines and newspapers. His landscape projects depicting pristine wildlands as well as toxic waste sites have been exhibited in art museums and galleries.
Mark says "Working for Picture Tomorrow has provided creative opportunities unavailable in standard work situations. I work with as broad a spectrum of people as you can imagine---from concerned housewives and scientists to professional activists to indigenous rainforest tribes members from Borneo and the Amazon. Like any job, there's no shortage of drudgery--especially writing grants--but there's enough excitement to offset it: I've had my shoes dissolve at a Superfund site, and had my camera stolen at machete point."
